Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items
  • Intimates, swimwear, or items worn close to the skin
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

 

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your card provider
  • Then contact your bank

Shipping delays

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors are not grounds for automatic refunds

We appreciate your patience with international shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve this promptly.
